It assists creators, merchants, and MCNs in efficiently completing tasks such as video translation, hard subtitle translation, and subtitle removal. Ghostcut is a professional AI video tool that focuses on video translation, dubbing, automatic subtitle removal, and video editing. It also provides resources such as video guides and a blog for users to explore and learn more about video editing. Veed.io offers a free version with limited features and a subscription-based pricing model for additional features and storage. It offers templates for intro and outro makers, mockup generators, and promo video makers. The tool is ideal for various use cases, such as adding subtitles and translations to videos, creating marketing and social media content, producing training and educational videos, and recording meetings and sales videos. Veed.io also supports downloading videos from platforms like TikTok and Instagram, as well as editing audio and creating GIFs. The AI tools include an AI avatars feature, eye contact correction, background removal, video compression, and video conversion. It also includes tools for trimming, merging, cropping, resizing, and rotating videos. The video editor allows users to add subtitles, remove background noise, and apply video effects such as filters and music visualizers. Its main features include a video editor, screen recorder, webcam recorder, and AI tools. This is done through determination of gaps between current reality and possible solutions (actions).Veed.io is a video editing tool that offers various features and use cases. The implementation is prescribed to chase objectives duly aligning with processes for performance improvement, using the transition tree approach. The latter attribute is sought after both by prospective customers of education institutions (students) and by employers – the consumers of the product.Finally, in this paper I prescribe improving the system requirements, addressing the constraints and holistically transforming the student through various education processes. The three attributes are mandates of excellence of the Thareja’s AUM model, or of accrediting bodies or of the employer. The quality prescriptions are weighted w.r.t the system of education that looks at approach of transformation, or outcomes or the customer’s demand. ![]() To analyze the two aspects this work draws on the three definitions of quality, as defined by ISO 9000 series standard, or by Gurus like Philip Crosby or Joseph Juran. This paper attempts to clarify the haziness by citing the importance of each and underpinning how each contributes holistically to the excellence working at the system level. ![]() In case of education, this haziness is further enhanced, especially because of the illusion at the boundary of quality of education w.r.t education of quality – the two aspects of education quality. Quality has been variously defined, but fairly understood because of its complexity. This study is part of the author’s unpublished doctoral dissertation about total quality management principles in higher education. A Wordle diagram provides a visual idea about the main terms used to define quality in literature, and a table in the appendix sums up the definitions under 9 property headings together in more detail. Having examined various views on the definition of quality put forward by researchers, the study identifies 9 properties of quality under the headings of: Method, Attribute, Scope, Process, Party, Aspect, Perception, Concept, and Influence. The study also includes the issue of educational quality (with specific reference to Georgian higher education setting) and tries to find a definition of quality in higher education through the stakeholders’ eyes. This study attempts to analyze the quality definitions offered by the quality experts of the last century, as well as modern researchers coming from different scientific areas, and find out a way to summarize the definitions. There are so many different perceptions around that we find it quite difficult to produce a single definition of quality. The definition of quality is vague, let alone the educational quality. ![]()
